ORDER CANCELATION

For In-Stock items:

In case you would like to cancel your order, kindly send us an email on [email protected] within 24-hours from placing your order. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged. All payments shall be refunded back to its original payment method (i.e.. PayPal, VISA/MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

If your credit card is not charged we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation. In this case the 5% cancelation charges will not be applied.

For Cash-On-Delivery orders (within UAE), we will cancel the order if your order has not yet shipped. If the order has been shipped, you will have to pay the delivery agent for the invoice total upon receiving the shipment. Refusing the shipment may result in permanent closure of your account.

Orders, once shipped, cannot be canceled.

Note: Refunds can take a minimum of 8 business days to process and up to 30 days to reflect in your credit card/account as applicable; depending on your bank/ financial institution.

For Pre-Order items:

In case you would like to cancel your Pre-Order, kindly send us an email at [email protected].
Your deposit, which is 10% of the total order amount, will be non-refundable. If canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, the remaining balance (after deducting the 10% non-refundable deposit) will be refunded to the original form of payment.

If you wish to cancel your Pre-Order after 24 hours of placing the order, the deposit will not be refunded. Only installment(s) paid after the deposit may be refunded.
