• Item will ship after final payment. Applicable tax and shipping fee will be added to the final payment when item is ready to ship.
• In case of cancellation, the paid deposit will not be refunded.
• Shipping fee will be calculated based on volumetric weight and destination. Shipping fee is subject to change by Shipping Carrier.
• Import Tax and other surcharges are not included in Order Total and will have to be settled separately by the Customer upon receiving the shipment.
• Pre-order items will not have a shipping quote available until the product(s) arrive into our facility.
• Installments can only be paid via Paypal Subscriptions. Payments will be recurring and installments will be automatically charged each month.
• If you would like to cancel your Pre-Order, kindly send us an email on [email protected]. Your deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment automatically if cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your Pre-Order 24 hours after placing the order, the deposit will not be refunded. Only installment(s) paid after the deposit would be refunded.
  Note: Refunds can take a minimum of 8 business days to process and up to 30 days to reflect in your credit card/account as applicable; depending on your bank.
